These terms govern your use of the Curbside 318 website, street-check form, communications, and services. Service availability, schedules, pricing, and operational details may vary by address and route. Submitting a street check does not create a service contract or guarantee availability.

Text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and submitting a form that includes the text-message disclosure, you authorize Curbside 318 to send text messages about your street check, service availability, signup, scheduling, service reminders, account or service updates, and related Curbside 318 information or offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

After an opt-out request, we may send one final message confirming that the request was processed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please update your information with Curbside 318.

Service communications

Communications may include route checks, questions needed to determine eligibility, signup information, scheduling, bin placement, pickup-day reminders, service issues, billing or account notices, and reasonable follow-up related to your inquiry or service.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid service terms, pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation details are presented during signup or in your customer account. You are responsible for providing accurate service and payment information.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use Curbside 318 systems for unlawful purposes.
